In family proceedings, judges may order supervision of parenting time or of parental responsibility exchanges. The mission of PRESA LLC is to ethically and respectively act as a neutral third-party in parental responsibility exchanges and parenting time, to provide families an opportunity for safe and conflict-free interaction and to ensure appropriate contact between parents and children.

Supervised Parental Responsibility Exchange (SPRE) requires the presence of a neutral third-party when the child is transferred from one parent to another. A judge may order supervised exchange to minimize or avoid contact between the parents for the benefit of the children.

Supervised Parenting Time (SPT) requires a third-party be present during a parent's time with their child. A judge may order SPT in cases when:
The supervisor may serve as a safe contact and neutral third-party during parental time and/or parental exchanges. The supervisor may observe how parent(s) and child interact to promote safe and appropriate interactions and to foster a natural relationship between parents and children.
Parents may register with Presa LLC after a judge has ordered SPRE or SPT. Parents are required to submit any relevant court orders or pleadings to register with Presa LLC. In order to maintain registration parents must adhere to PRESA LLC procedure and policy.
